Comprehensive Heath Benefits
Full-time employees are eligible for medical/prescription, dental, and vision plans after 60 days of employment. Employees have the choice between two medical plans to maintain their health and wellness. We also offer health savings accounts with a company contribution, and both Healthcare and Dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts.
401(k) Plan
We want to help our employees plan and save for retirement. For employees who participate in Everstory's Retirement and Saving Plan, Everstory will match 25% on the first 3% of all pre-tax contributions.
Short and Long Term Disability
Everstory wants its employees to protect their income in the event of sickness or injury. Employees can elect STD to receive 60% of their pay in the event of an injury, illness, or parental leave. LTD coverage offers a percentage of employees' income if an injury or illness prevents them from working over a long period of time.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program offers five, free consultation sessions that are completely confidential and can assist employees and their household members dealing with challenging topics such as the loss of a loved one, stress, drug and alcohol addiction, and more.
Tuition Reimbursement
Everstory cares about our employees' career growth and development. $5,250 annually is offered in tuition reimbursement, along with tuition discounts and other incentives through our corporate partnership with Delaware Valley University.

We offer a generous paid time off program for full time eligible positions.
Basic and Optional Life Insurance
Everstory provides $15,000 in basic life insurance to all eligible employees, regardless of their enrollment in our medical plans. Employees also have the option to elect additional life insurance to provide for their loved ones that depend on their income for support.
Voluntary Products
Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness and Voluntary Accident are also offered to all eligible employees to provide additional coverage with any unexpected illnesses or hospital stays.
